• Payment Policy: Full payment is required before any work begins. Your order is not confirmed or added to the production schedule until payment is received.

• Mockups: A digital mockup of your design concept will be sent within 24–48 hours after form submission. Production will begin only after pricing is confirmed and payment is received.
