Get Your Nail Sizes 📏

After your order is placed, we will email you a SizeKit link, which is a digital scanning tool to size nails. After the scan is done, they will automatically be sent back to me. Make sure to submit your nail sizes in a timely manner so we can start your order ASAP!

We Make Your Set 💅

Once we receive your scan, we’ll create your custom press-on nail set. If you’ve ordered from us before and submitted your scan, you don’t need to send them again!

Your handmade nails will be carefully packed and shipped. Follow our included instructions for the best application and long-lasting wear!

What If I am Ordering Nails for Someone Else?

No worries! Please let me know in the notes section of your order that the nails are for someone else. This lets me know to not use your saved sizes. Please provide their email in the recipient email section and I will send the sizing instructions to them.

How long does it take to process my order? ⏳

Each set is handmade just for you! Current processing time is 1 week from the time we receive your nail sizes.

When will my order ship? 📦

Once your custom nails are ready, we carefully package them and send them out right away. You’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your nails’ journey!

Do you ship internationally? 🌍

Currently, we ship within the United States only, but we’re working on making Cherry Whim available worldwide soon!

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? ✉️

If you need to update your address, reach out to us as soon as possible. Once your nails are shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
